„NEW WORK
NEEDS LOVE
AND SPACES
THAT
TRULY LIVE.
RE:LOVE:UTION”

OUR WORKINGWORLDS URGENTLY NEED A RE:LOVE:UTION
We need to change the operational model of our businesses from fear to love. Needless to say we are not talking romantic love here. We mean the way how how we navigate the world and approach our tasks at hand. When routed in our authentic essence we no longer engage in power struggles or waste time in endless meetings because no one dares making a decision. Courage and strong connection to your purpose, (as an individual but also as company), can take you places nothing else can.

The right side of the image includes a colorful, hand-drawn illustration of a geometric shape with measurement annotations.

OFFICES
SHOULDN’T
BE SOLELY
FUNCTIONAL
AND PRACTICAL.
THEY HAVE
TO RADIATE
LIFE, INSPIRE,
BE
UPLIFTING.

SPACES SHAPE OUR BEHAVIOUR. It is not only about missing beauty in most workspaces - it´s about the total lack of honoring the fact that behaviors are triggered by cues; therefore the organization of a space and the objects in it affect how we interact with each other. The dreadful homogenization of workspaces we see nowadays is totally ignoring the fact that a purposefully designed space can be immensely valuable - a total game changer and an important key to overall success.

FOR SOME PEOPLE THE OFFICE MIGHT FEEL LIKE THE PLACE WHERE WORK WENT TO DIE. THIS HAS TO CHANGE.

Empty office workspace with desks, chairs, computers, and large windows.

WE AT BUREAUK DEEPLY BELIEVE that the office is not dead except if it is dead. Meaning if your employees prefer to stay in the home office and refuse to come to the office at all, for them, most likely the office feels like the place where work went to die. Read that again. Honestly, we don’t blame them. Most offices still look like as if the industrial revolution started only yesterday. Greyish, brownish and totally uninspired. The pictures above illustrate what we mean, purely functional is not enough.

AN OFFICE
IS A BUNDLE OF RELATIONSHIPS.

EVERY EMPLOYEE BRINGS EVERYTHING TO THE OFFICE THAT DETERMINES HIM AS A PERSON. People want to feel seen, feel connected to others and to a meaningful vision. Make sure your office space supports that.

IN THIS PICTURE YOU SEE THE “DIGI CHALET”.
We created this temporary office for a Tech start up and used “codes” you’d usually find in mountain resorts, untreated wood, Sisal, Linen. The idea was to “wrap” the IT guys in natural environment and activate senses like touch and smell. Staring at a screen the whole day, in our opinion, needs to be balanced.

We at BureauK believe, besides office
spaces that are full of life, inspire and
uplift people, the future requires leaders
who understand how to leadfrom a place
of conscious presence. We call it: giving heartdirection.

A black and white illustration of a woman with a large vintage hairstyle. A torn piece of paper covering her face displays the message 'Don't Believe Everything You Think' in bold, varied fonts.

IN ORDER TO BE RELEVANT, YOU REALLY HAVE TO KNOW YOURSELF. YOU REALLY HAVE TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE. YOUR ESSENCE. YOUR DRIVING FORCE IN LIFE.

Leading from a space of conscious presence assumes you really know who you are. Only then you can give heartdirection. Want to find out how this works, be in touch here:
