“The answer is rarely to become someone or something else.
There is so much more in who you already are,
waiting to be expressed.”

Every organisation begins to resemble the place from which it is led. If leadership is disconnected from its own essence, culture slowly follows. If leadership remembers who it truly is, the entire organisation begins to remember too. We call this Heartdirection.

The essence of a culture can be seen.
In its gestures, its rituals and also in the spaces it creates.

SOMETIMES AN ENTIRE CULTURE BECOMES VISIBLE IN A SINGLE GESTURE.
The Viking Row is more than a celebration. It is a culture expressing itself through one shared movement. A Bialetti can hold almost as much Italy as an entire Piazza. We look for the equivalent inside organisations. The moments, environments and rituals where identity becomes tangible. Because culture is never built through presentations.

It is built through repeated acts that embody identity.

CULTURE ALSO TAKES PHYSICAL FORM
& spaces shape our behaviour. It is not only about missing beauty in most workspaces - it´s about the total lack of honoring the fact that behaviors are triggered by cues. Therefore the organization of a space and the objects in it affect how we interact with each other. The dreadful homogenization of workspaces we see nowadays is totally ignoring the fact that a purposefully designed space, that mirrors the core of who you are as a company, can be immensely valuable - a total game changer and an important key to overall success.

A room with pink sheer curtains, a large window, and ornate white molding around the doorway. There's a desk with chairs, and a rack with sample books or swatches of materials inside a cozy, well-lit space.

“WORK SHOULD MAKE
US FEEL MORE ALIVE.
NOT LESS.”

WE CAN’T BUILD THE FUTURE BASED ON AN OUTDATED OPERATING SYSTEM.
Most organizations are still built on control, fear and a lack of trust. This drains our energy, dulls our curiosity and makes us smaller - less than. Sure - work can be messy, demanding, difficult and occasionally drive us nuts. But at its best, it gives us purpose, connection, pride, momentum - the feeling of being part of something bigger. I believe our working worlds could use a lot more of that. And that means creating organizations and spaces where people feel safe, can care deeply, think freely, take responsibility and bring more of themselves to what they do.

There are many Doors Leading into my world

But whichever door you enter through, my work begins from the same place:
A deep instinct for essence. An honest voice.
A different way of seeing what is possible.
And a deep understanding of organizations.

01
HEARTDIRECTION
For organizations ready to explore what becomes possible when leadership, culture and space evolve from the same essence.

02
CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION
For organizations that know cultures are not shaped by programms but by intention, commitment and a clear purpose routed in their DNA.

03
SPARING & ADIVISORY
For founders and leaders who need another sharp, bright mind in the room - someone who sees what may be hiding in plain sight.

04
WRITING & EXPRESSION
For people and companies with something worth saying - in search of the language, thought and form that is uniquely theirs.

05
SPACES WITH MEANING
For companies that want their physical environment to express who they truly are and shape an unique experience.

06
COLLABORATIONS & PARTNERSHIPS
Bringing the right perspective, talent and possibilities together. Creating encounters that enrich all parties.

Curious what BUREAUK might bring to your world? Well, take us for a spin:

WORTH NOTICING

There’s more than meets the eye.
I always find the more.

You don’t need to start with a big project to bring BUREAUK into your world.

Invite me in. Give me a little access to your organisation, brand, space or question — and my full attention goes to work.

I notice what tends to get overlooked: patterns, contradictions, untapped strengths, stuck energy, the gap between what is said and what can be felt. And, most importantly, what might become possible once it is brought into awareness.

You’ll get my observations, perspective and the questions I believe are worth asking — distilled into a focused conversation.

No lengthy process. No big commitment. Just a concentrated dose of BUREAUK — and quite possibly a different view of what you already have.

IN THESE PICTURES YOU SEE THE “DIGI CHALET”
We created this temporary room-in-room office for a digital project within the Frankstahl Group. It was a complex and interesting task: the digital team needed an identity of its own, without losing sight of the fact that they were still part of the larger group.
We didn’t approach the assignment in the obvious way — this is a steel company, so let’s use steel beams or build a steel table. Instead, we looked for the essence: what is embedded in the DNA of the company?
In this case: courage, curiosity and unexpected moves.
So we created something unexpected and playful. A room that deliberately steps outside traditional office codes and, in doing so, invites new ways of thinking and interacting.
Light and airy, with different possibilities for how to use the space — depending on what the team needs.
PS: There was one more constraint: it had to be budget-friendly and easy to dismantle, dispose of or reuse after two years.

AN OFFICE
IS A CULTURE MADE VISIBLE.
