KARIN IS THE FOUNDER OF BUREAUK, which grew from a way of being rather than a business idea. A way of recognising the essence of people, places and cultures—and helping it find its form. Today, this way of working expresses itself through many different forms: Heartbeat sessions, cultural transformation, spatial design, writing and objects. They may look different from the outside, but they all begin in the same place.
Uncovering the essence is only the beginning.
The work that follows is thoughtful, demanding and deeply intentional: translating essence into forms that can be lived, shared and embodied. Because once essence finds its expression, it starts shaping everything around it—from the way people lead and work to the spaces they inhabit and the futures they create.
